1. Can I change or cancel my subscription?
Yes, you will be given login details to access your subscription portal. You can change products, add more to your bag for single shipments, change delivery frequency, cancel your subscription, change payment methods and shipping information.
2. Are there cancellation fees?
No fees to cancel! You are notified 3 days prior to the next order being processed.
3. What frequency should I choose?
We suggest ordering 3 bags at a time for the biggest savings. Most households drink 3, 12oz. bags a month. We suggest choosing the 3 bag option every 4 weeks.
